Who We Are
Hello and welcome to our website! Our names are Aarush, Charlotte, Nathanael, and Omega. We are students from St. Jude's Academy and we are doing our exhibition project on sweatshops. For this project we had to create a central idea, lines of inquiry, and key concepts which are in English then translated into French.
Central Idea
Our central idea is There are issues in the world and as humans it is our responsibility to take action in order to create peace within our society.
Il y a des probléms dans le monde et comme humans c’est notre resposabilité de prendre action afin de creer la paix dans notre societé.
Lines Of Inquiry
Our lines of inquiry are:
- The dangers and effects of sweatshops Les dangers d'un des ateliers clandestins et les effets
- The causes of sweatshops Les causes de industries clandestines
- Humans responsibility to stop sweatshops Humains responsabilité d'arrêter les ateliers de misère.
Key Concepts
Our Key concepts are: Causation, Responsibility, and Form.
We chose causation because one of our lines of inquiry is the cause of sweatshops.
We chose form because our other line of inquiry is the dangers and effects of sweatshops.
Finally we chose responsibility because our third line of inquiry is responsibility to stop sweatshops.
